The last 3 days have been crazy busy. Due to a family member's illness I have been gone most of the day each day. I am glad to have most of the craziness is done for now. Today will be a day of knitting watching movies and grilling supper with my mom and dad.

You know what I can't stand? When I haven't blogged in so long that I forget where the button to add a new post is. Of course, it doesn't help that Gmail and Blogger have decided to "Update" their sites to make them less user friendly and harder to read.

Update on the last 4 Monthes

The Christmas Gifts
        The MIL LOVED the crocheted granny square blanket.
        Mom has been wears her socks.
        Dad wants more socks ans order yarn for two more pair.

I've been Sucked into Sock Knitting
        I am knitting on my 10th and 11th pairs of socks.

Spinning
        I finally set the twist on some yarn that has been done for months. I don't seem to spin much this time of year.

MIL: (takes out yarn and places it on the table) Do you want this?

Me: Sure.

MIL: Can you make me some socks?

Me: Sure.

MIL: Knee-High socks.

Me: ............Ok.

MIL: White with a green stripe.

Me: Sure.

Some Craft Fair Stuff

First bunch of cotton dishes clothes waiting for the ends to be woven in. The craft fair is in two weeks.

Trip to the Yarn Store

A little story book with a simple sock pattern in it.

Some fabric to make gifts with.

Some new sock yarn to try.
